Margaret Hager (Born in Marietta, CA) has never been in one place for too long due to her father’s job, but that has never stopped her from creating visual art. Due to her travels, she has dabbled in a variety of mediums from around the world. She has been part of the 2022 Far East Arts Competition, representing South Korea, and placed second in Asia. She has also worked at Iron Studios, cutting and bending metal. She has interned as a Media assistant, project developer, and gallery assistant at St. Mary’s Arts Council. Her work is featured in The St. Mary’s Arts Council’s Gallery in Leonardtown, MD. She was selected as the featured gallery artist at the POL Winery for September 2024. Additionally, she was highlighted in The Point News, the student-run publication at St. Mary's College of Maryland, in their Vol. 85 Issue 2 paper. Her newest works, featured on her main page, are now on display at The Boyden Gallery. As for her education, she is currently at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, earning her BA in Visual Arts and a Minor in Education.
